Delayed delivery or undelivered orders

If you do not receive an order or it has been delayed over the expected time frame please email us at  braziliasboutiqueonline@gmail.com and we will assist you with the issue. Please note that when the package has been sent it is no longer possible for us to cancel the order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. No refunds. Exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us unused within the 7 days period and in the same condition that you received it. Postage would be at the expense of the buyer.

We will need a tracking number for the returned package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your store credit in the paid amount will be issued, and you may purchase any item from our store.

To initiate a return please make sure to email us at  braziliasboutiqueonline@gmail.com and we will provide you with the return address and answer any other questions you may have in this regard.

Cancellation

To cancel an order please email us at braziliasboutiqueonline@gmail.com. We can never guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped we can no longer cancel it. If the order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refused, Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of incorrect or insufficient address.
